Influence of the crystal substrate parameters on the maximum power of silicon heterojunction solar cells

The effect of the donor impurity concentration and lifetime charge carriers in a crystalline silicon substrate on maximum power heterojunction thin-film solar cells is studied. model used calculations takes into account features photocurrent generation under conditions medium or high levels injection at an arbitrary ratio between diffusion length thickness semiconductor wafer. proposed technique makes it possible, with sufficient accuracy for practical purposes, to calculate permissible variation limits parameters, which ensure specified values performance characteristics photoelectric converters.
